The 3rd Annual CPED Scholarly Practitioner Research ForumThe 3rd annual CPED Scholarly Practitioner Research Forum will be held online Saturday, October 8th, 2022. This year the forum theme will align with the #CPED22 Convening theme: Transforming the advanced preparation of educational professionals to lead through scholarly and equity-minded practice. We are very excited that this year the virtual format will continue to provide an opportunity to expand participation in the #CPED22 Convening to a wider CPED audience -- specifically, students. This forum is a day for students on their doctoral journey through CPED partner institutions to come together for a series of student-led sessions intended to build a supportive community within the CPED network. This forum is an opportunity for students to present and share their work in progress, along with networking with fellow scholarly practitioners. The student forum is free of charge and open to all students at CPED institutions. The DiP poster sessions are an opportunity to share your dissertation work in progress with fellow EdD students and faculty mentors. The intent of the session is to provide open and collegial feedback on work in progress. We invite proposals from students who are preparing to defend their proposal, are in data collection, or are preparing to defend their dissertation. Each poster session roundtable will be 1 hour long. Each presenter will have no more than 6 minutes to present their study. Each presenter will create a 1 page/slide virtual poster to display during your presentation. After everyone has presented, student participants will engage in discussion with moderators and audience members. The themes for the poster sessions will be centered on the six guiding principles of CPED and the 2022 convening theme “Transforming the advanced preparation of educational professionals to lead through scholarly and equity-minded practice.” The CPED principles are:
